Joel has worked with the Hunter Valley Aboriginal community for over 15 years and has built strong relationships with Traditional owners based on respect, empathy and collaboration. In the archaeological and heritage projects I have been involved in with him, meaningful TO participation has been key, and he has always strived to find results that can work for all stakeholders. When I work with Joel I have confidence that my knowledge and concerns will be incorporated into the assessment process and used to develop the best possible outcomes for Aboriginal heritage.
